Cancellation Policy

This section will cover my cancellation policy, late policy, and a “touch up” or fix for things that maybe need to be fixed after you’ve left your appointment. Please be sure to read through everything so that we are on the same page. If you are a new client I do require a card on file for deposits, but if you would like to pay for the rest of your service with a different form of payment that is totally fine! Deposits are non refundable for services requiring them and will be applied to the total cost of your service. My cancellation/rescheduling policy is 48 hours notice or you will be charged 50% of the service (or the deposit). No shows and last minute cancelations (day of and hours before appointments) will result in 100% charges. I understand that life happens and we are all human, and I am willing to have conversations if life happens and you need to move your appointment! That being said, this is my livelihood and I do not receive a paycheck. If you don’t come for your appointment I make $0, and without notice there’s no opportunity to give someone else your spot! Thank you for your understanding. If would like a minor tweak or notice an issue after you have left your appointment, I am always happy to accommodate these within reason. Whether it’s a warm spot after a foil or a loose bead after extensions, Im only human and make mistakes too. I do require that you contact me within 7 days of you leaving your appointment and we will have a thorough consultation over what the issue is and what can be done to resolve it. Anything outside of the 7 day window is what I would consider the same as a store’s “30 day return policy”. Again, I know life happens and I always try to be understanding, so when in doubt please reach out!
